Order customization process

1. Customer consultation: Customers choose existing products on the website, or customers provide drawings or samples of customized products, send an inquiry, and specify contact information, product information, purchase volume, transportation location, etc.;
2. Information confirmation: After receiving the inquiry, the company's salesman confirms the information and promptly contact the customer;
3. Mold opening: mold quotation will be provided for products that require mold opening. After the customer confirms and sends the mold order, the mold will be made.
4. Quotation: For product orders that can be directly produced, we will quote to customers in time. If the new product needs to be opened, a mold quotation will be provided, and after the mold is completed and the sample, a product quotation will be provided;
5. Sample: According to customer requirements, we will make samples and send them to customers for confirmation;
6. Mass production: After the customer confirms the sample and sends the product order, we start mass production;
7. Inspection: During and after the production process, our inspectors will inspect the products. We also welcome customers or customers to entrust a third-party inspection agency to conduct on-site inspection;
8. Delivery: When the inspection result is OK and the customer confirms that it can be shipped, we will send the product to the customer.
